As vehicles get updated from one model year to the next, you'll find there are times when orders are accepted and when they aren't available. If you need help finding the model you want, call us!

You can submit your reservation request by clicking Start Your Custom Order, including vehicle preferences in the comments section. A Fitzgerald Ford team member will call you to verify the model, explore upcoming inventory, and arrange an order to the Ford Motor Company.

Delivery can differ based on model and configuration, but we'll strive to expedite your order through Ford.

We'll help you negotiate the final sale price, but you aren't charged extra through Ford to custom order your vehicle.

You can qualify for incentives at the time of your reservation or during your final delivery time, whichever works best for you.

When your vehicle has been assigned a VIN, you can track it through Ford's order tracking tool.

We'll provide you with the VIN once the manufacturer has established it.

Once the vehicle arrives at our dealership, we'll contact you to confirm its arrival, collect any remaining information we need, and schedule an appointment to get your new Ford vehicle.
